Three leading bookies have suspended betting on Antonio Conte departing ChelseaFC. Following a flurry of bets today, the Italian’s position in the Chelsea hot-seat looks under threat as Sun Bets, Betway and Paddy Power have suspended betting on Conte becoming the second Premier League manager to get the boot this season.
